Requirements
Have the candidate apply. When the candidate asks how they learned about the position, the candidate can enter the name of the employee who referred them.
Referring employee must be employed at Paper Transport during the time the referral starts and completes the employment time frame.
Referral must be hired as a full-time, regular employee at Paper Transport.
The referral must be a new candidate as of July 1st, 2022. Please note, this candidate cannot have previously applied on his/her own or been interviewed by someone at Paper Transport regarding a previous opportunity.
Referring employee will receive $1,000 after the new driver is hired and another $1,000 once they've completed 90 days.
Not all referrals will result in a hire, resumes will be given serious consideration, and at a minimum reviewed by the respected manager.
