Hands-on Training
Here at PTI, drivers get hands-on training on various trucks and trailers at our headquarters in De Pere, Wi. All our trainers are accommodating of incoming driver’s needs and we believe that trainers are there to coach and train only, there is no team-model dispatch training.

Flexible Work Schedule
Drivers can work 70 hours over an 8-day period and up to 14 hours per day. Our operations team works with drivers to accommodate them to a schedule based on their needs.
