oUR dEPARTMENTS

logistics & Brokerage

Do you like to build relationships and win? Help connect shippers and carriers by making high-service choices to build trust and fulfill specific needs on a day-to-day basis for our customers. 

ACCOUNTING

In this position, you will work across the entire company to ensure we are properly recording transactions. Whether it is billing our customers timely or ensuring our carriers and vendors are paid, you will work collaboratively with operations and sales to ensure the success of our organization.

SALES & WHOLESALE

Selling and winning Dedicated, Intermodal, OTR, and Brokerage opportunities. This team interfaces with our operating teams to ensure we have a clear vision of the needs of our network and uncovering opportunities for organizational growth.  

OPERATIONS

Help us keep our drivers on the road, freight moving, and our customers happy. Team members in this department have a "get 'er done" attitude and love to develop, implement, and execute new processes.

MARKETING

Our mission is to build a great place to work by attracting qualified leads into the Driver and HR Recruitment candidate funnel, maintaining internal and external communications, assisting Sales in nurturing customer relations, and promoting brand awareness.​

HUMAN RESOURCES

Help us build a great place to work by recruiting the people who will carry out the Paper Transport culture each day. This team is responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training employees) and administering employee benefits.

MAINTANENCE

By the safest, most cost-effective means our team is working to keep our business rolling and on the road. The team is working on urgent equipment issues, scheduling PMs and FHWAs, and working to build strong relationships with our vendors.

INFORMATION tECHNOLOGY

We proactively bring ideas and solutions to help improve the lives of our customers and suppliers in the field of web and mobile technologies. 

driver RECRUITING

In a collaborative and open culture, this role makes a significant impact to organizational growth. This is done by creating meaningful relationships with professional truck drivers and aligning the company’s needs with the driver’s needs.
